ID Requirements
Identification is required for all clients.
Acceptable forms of ID for those over 18 are:
- State-issued ID card
- Driver's license
- Passport
For clients under 18, presentation of the child's
birth certificate and a photo ID
(govt-issued or school ID are acceptable) are required.
No exceptions.
Copies/pictures of these documents are acceptable.
Please be advised: pictures of your documents
will be attached to our consent forms. Your child will not be pierced unless a consent form is filled out.
Parent must be present in order for their child to be pierced.

1 piercing = $30
2 piercings = $50
Every additional piercing +$10
